We feature naturally bred and raised beef, completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains.
Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed. Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and protect meat from freezer burn. Keep frozen until ready to use – can be frozen for up to 18 months.

We also offer Kaua’i Shrimp, farm-raised in our island’s pristine salt water, fed a high quality diet with no chemicals or antibiotics.
