Joanna Palmer has spent the past 20 years working and living with her family in various states across the United States due to her husband’s job in the mining industry. Her and her husband, Dale, have raised four children together and she is also a proud grandparent. She has owned her own deli and coffee drive-through and managed a diverse range of food service, retail, and office establishments over the years, equipping her with the experience to flourish in her more recent employment with State and County operations. Joanna enjoys the camaraderie and challenge working provides. During this challenging season, she seeks to be of service in any way she can.
