Esther has been a self-employed bookkeeper for twelve years, with her last four years of experience on Kauai. For five years now, she is a homeschooling mother to one. Since graduating high school, Esther’s work has been almost exclusively finance related. It has been her honor to serve several small business start ups, non-profit organizations as well as churches with their recordkeeping needs.
Prior to her move to Kaua’i, Esther worked as a controller for a large maintenance company in Arizona for four years after her time as head teller at a bank in New Jersey. Though she has seen first hand the incredible tool that money can be, she believes that the most fulfilling and rewarding work is always direct, sacrificial service, especially when assisting people that cannot necessarily repay with dollars and cents. It is for this reason that she is so excited to be partnering with the servant-hearted team at Nourish Kauai.
