Born and raised on the island of Kaua’i, the love of the 'āina is obvious to all who are known by Michaila. Working for a non-profit organization has always been a dream for her; so when this position opened up during the pandemic, she ran toward it as fast as she could. Being able to utilize her B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in biblical studies, she hopes to spread the love of Jesus through her actions and work ethic. When not working, you can find her cooking and eating with friends, dancing hula or hip hop, reading a good book, or spending time with her (newlywed) husband. She is thankful for the opportunity to give back to the island of Kaua’i, the community that has molded and shaped her. Mahalo Ke Akua.
